Neutral Music City Pieces Compiled in the Ultimate Guide

‘Tis the season for heading to Nashville! Whether it’s a girls trip, family endeavor, or a big group heading down for some weekend fun, I’ve put together my top neutral music city pieces that could easily mix & match all weekend long.

On my most recent trip, it was still a bit chilly and I had on layers. I’ll also add in some lighter pieces for Spring & Summertime!

Denim

1. My absolute favorite (almost wear too much) pair are American Eagle. This is the one brand I’ve found hug all the right places, come in “short,” and great quality: American Eagle Stretch Mom Jean. I wear a size 00 short in these and typically am a 0-2; 5’3.
2. Similar style but with more distress: AE Ripped Mom Jean
3. I don’t currently have any Abercrombie denim, but A&F is adored by many friends and family!! A&F 90’s Ultra High Rise

Ivory Boots

1. My tried & true, complimented many times over, favorite pair: Nomad Boutique Snake White Austin Booties. They’re currently sold out, but they were when I was eyeing them too. Sign up for texts and grab as soon as they restock! They go with EVERYTHING!
2. Dolce Vita Ivory Leather Booties. Okay- so these are a little pricey. I don’t personally own these but I do own sandals/heels (I’ll share those when I share some of my bridal outfits!), and also my soon-to-be SIL has a similar, lower heel style and loves them! This brand is worth the $$ IMO.

Beige Rancher Hats

I looove hats and feel obligated to tell you now that if you think you are not a hat person, you are. I got my first hat when Spencer & I lived in Seattle and it felt weird the first time only because I wasn’t used to it. Now I find myself trying to build outfits around them! They do all fit differently, some brands are one-size while others have S-L. You can always get a hat filler too. I am in between a small and a medium.

1. Lack of Color Rancher. I have this one in “Zulu Rancher.” A little pricey but you can definitely feel the difference in a lower cost version.
2. Altar’d State with beautiful trim
3. Gigi Pip Zephyr Rancher. Also on the pricier side. I don’t own one of these but saw that Our Faux Farmhouse on Insta loves these! These ones have a smaller brim than the Lack of Color ones.

Neutral Accessories

1. Amazon Sunnies (2-pack). These are the perfect size and go with everything.
2. Amazon Scarves (3-pack). I paired the light green with a graphic tee & jacket. I tied it around my neck & it added a little extra to my outfit! They’re also big enough to wear as a head scarf. I put these in my bridesmaids proposal boxes last fall- I’ll share more on that soon too!
